Romain joined Amethis in spetember 2021 after more than 11 years in the Midcap team of Bpifrance where he arranged numerous majority and minority transactions such as Laborizon or Labelys.
Prior to that, he spent almost 3 years at Qualium on majority LBO transactions.
Romain is a graduate of EM LYON and the Schulich School of Business (Toronto). He speaks French and English.
