Amethis role and value
Amethis presence will stabilize the company’s ownership structure alongside the founding family and PE fund WAEMF, allowing the group to grow at a higher pace and expand outside and inside Ivory Coast. Amethis will also support the company’s E&S action plan. PétroIvoire invests in promoting gas consumption, a particularly attractive alternative to wood and charcoal consumption and high contribution to fight against deforestation.
