Amethis invests in Hoche Partners Corporate Services in order
to accelerate its international development

Amethis, a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Partnership, through its European strategy aimed at supporting SMEs in their internationalization, is pleased to announce it has invested in Hoche Partners Corporate Services (“HPCS” or the “Company”), a leading corporate services provider in Luxembourg. Amethis acquires a stake from the Company’s partners who have significantly reinvested to enhance its growth strategy.

Headquartered in Luxembourg, HPCS was founded in 2005 by Alain Heinz and former partners and colleagues, and has since grown to become a major corporate services provider catering to the needs of alternative asset managers, corporates, family offices and private clients. It serves clients from all continents and benefits from a diverse and loyal client base.

HPCS offers accounting, tax, reporting, directorship, domiciliation and ancillary services to over 300 international clients. The Company has 60 employees who are based across Luxembourg and Morocco to offer best-in-class services.

Under the leadership of its founding partners, expanded by additions to its original partnership, the Company has delivered consistent organic growth and targeted acquisitions to expand its services offering.

With the support of Amethis, HPCS intends to continue investing in the expansion and development of its team, while focusing on new client acquisition and capturing the market potential from multiple geographies where the Company intends to set foot particularly in Europe, Middle East and Africa. On top of Amethis funding, a financing facility has been implemented by Eurazeo.

HPCS will also pursue its sustainability initiatives, in line with Amethis’ policy.
