- Founded in 1983, ADEMAT distributes power generators, voltage regulation and transformer equipment, and provides installation, maintenance, and rental services. The Company partners with leading manufacturers such as Kohler | SDMO and Leroy-Somer and serves a diversified private-sector client base supported by a team of over 100 employees.
- Amethis will work closely with ADEMAT’s management team, to drive the next phase of growth, focusing on (i) expanding into solar PV, (ii) accelerating the development of ADEMAT’s proprietary brand, (iii) pursuing regional expansion through bolt-on acquisitions and partnerships across West and Central Africa, and (iv) implementing an ambitious ESG strategy supporting its transition toward lower-carbon solutions.
