Biography

Khady Koné-Dicoh was raised in Côte d’Ivoire. She has almost 17 years of African and European private equity and investment banking experience.

She joined Amethis almost 10 years ago and led almost 10 investments and divestments for the company including investment and exit from the largest supermarket chain in Côte d’Ivoire, CDCI; investment and exit from the leading LPG bottles distributor in Burkina Faso, Sodigaz; investment and divestment in the one-stop shop logistics company, Velogic; investment in the hospitality and leisure company in Mauritius, VLH; investment in the regional pharma distributor Avacare in Southern Africa, as well as investment in the precast concrete company, SIBM. She sits at the Board of Directors of those companies. Her responsibilities at Amethis include deal sourcing and analyzing, as well as overseeing due diligences and leading transaction execution teams. She is head of West and Southern Africa for Amethis.

Prior to joining Amethis, Khady was Manager in Société Générale’s mergers and acquisitions team. Over almost 7 years, she advised many transactions in the telecom, health, FMCG and hospitality sectors across Europe Middle East and Africa for both strategic players and private equity funds.

Khady is an Executive MBA at London Business School , and holds a master of science in management from EM lyon Business School , a Master of Business Law from Lyon III University and the Accelerated Development certificate from London Business School. Khady is of French and ivorian nationality.
