Lucie Sclear is a ESG & Impact Analyst at Amethis. She is currently based in Paris and will be moving soon to Casablanca.

At Amethis, Lucie is in charge of allocating ESG & Impact Technical Assistance funds, as well as developing and monitoring the projects financed by these funds.

Prior to joining Amethis in 2023, Lucie worked on Sustainability topics for a major insurer in Paris (GIE AXA) and for a mid-sized tech company in Antananarivo (Madagascar). Previously, she also worked for a social entrepreneurship network operating in the MENA region and was based in Casablanca.

Lucie Sclear holds a Master degree in Territorial Economy & Development from Université de Grenoble. She is French and speaks fluent French and English.
