Luxembourg and Paris, March 26, 2025

Hoche Partners Corporate Services (“HPCS”) announces the acquisition of Paddock Corporate Services and Paddock Fund Solutions (“Paddock”) to create a leading player in corporate administration services and alternative fund management.

Based in Luxembourg, HPCS is a leading provider of corporate services to alternative asset managers, corporates, family offices and private clients. It serves a loyal and diversified international customer base. HPCS offers accounting, tax, administration, domiciliation, and auxiliary services to international clients.

Founded in 2012, Paddock has grown on a similar model, specializing in the needs of private wealth structures, corporations and alternative funds, serving both institutional and private international clients. Cornelius Bechtel and Philip Christ, partners at Paddock, remain committed to ensure a smooth transition and integration while actively contributing to the success of the expanded group.

In October 2024, HPCS welcomed Amethis Europe Expansion as a shareholder to accelerate its growth in Luxembourg and in all international financial hubs. This merger is the first significant milestone of the growth strategy underlying Amethis’ investment.

Together, the newly formed group, now named Fidence, brings together over 100 employees across its locations in Luxembourg, France, and Morocco.

In a context of strong growth and transformation, Fidence’s shareholders have appointed Laurent Bélik as Chief Executive Officer. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, including 15 years as a director in the corporate services sector, notably at CSC and SFM in Luxembourg, he brings invaluable expertise to the group.

Alain Heinz, co-founder and partner at Fidence, stated: ” The merger with Paddock is a turning point in our history. As is the arrival of Laurent Bélik, which demonstrates the attractiveness of our project. From HPCS to Fidence, our name is evolving, but our commitment remains the same: to be a trusted fiduciary partner for institutional, corporate, and private clients. Founded on trust and guided by expertise, we protect and support our clients’ ambitions with care and precision. Paddock’s expertise and know-how enhance our service offering and strengthen our position in the European market, while remaining ever more responsive to our clients’ needs. We are delighted to welcome their teams and to build the future of Fidence together.”

Cornelius Bechtel, partner at Paddock, added: ” Joining HPCS and contributing to the creation of Fidence is a tremendous opportunity for our clients and our teams. We share the same vision and values, which will enable us to accelerate our development while maintaining our high standards of excellence and service.”

Philip Christ, partner at Paddock, commented: “The new Fidence brand will enable two well-known players in the Luxembourg market to collaborate in a strong partnership and build something greater. It’s clearly an equation where 1 + 1 equals 3.”

Laurent Bélik, Chief Executive Officer of Fidence, stated: ” I am delighted to join Fidence as CEO. My goal is to leverage my experience to strengthen our relationships with our international clients, facilitate the integration of HPCS and Paddock, and contribute to the growth and structuring of the Group .”

With this merger, Fidence continues its expansion and reinforces its position as a key player in corporate services, business administration, and alternative fund management in Europe. Further consolidation opportunities are under consideration.
