Luc Rigouzzo was moderator of the “Family Business” panel at the Africa CEO Forum held on 13 and 14 June 2022 in Abidjan.
This panel – which gave the floor to managers and directors of large family businesses on the continent – was an opportunity to discuss the main challenges faced by these family groups in terms of governance, attracting talent, and sharing value with all their stakeholders.
